Updating Existing Subscriptions
If you're already a HeroicStories subscriber and need to change your
address or "unsubscribe", here's what to do.
To "unsubscribe":
See the very end of any issue sent to you. You'll find copy there which begins:
"Distribution sponsored by Lyris Technologies, Inc.
This copy sent to: [your email address will be here]
TO UNSUBSCRIBE: DO NOT reply to this message! Simply send any message to:
[your unique unsubscribe address is here]
Send any e-mail message to the exact address shown, and you'll be
unsubscribed. Easy and effective, we hope.
Or:
- Forward the entire text of any issue sent to you by the server to
leave-heroicstories@lyris.net.
The server knows how to find the specially formatted address in the
message and will delete it from the distribution list.
These instructions work even if you can no longer send mail from
the address the issues are sent to.
We do care, and hope unsubscribing is simple, easy, and
successful for you. We don't help people personally because :
- Only you can see your unique unsubscription address, and
- With tens of thousands of subscribers, the process just had to be automated.
To change your address:
- Follow the directions above to unsubscribe your old address.
